This unit was installed by in house maintenance in city of Indio, it had incorrect piping and incorrect refeigerant charge, no reverse p trap for oil return, they declined a proper oil return sweep, we just recovered the refrigerant and weight it in properly, marked the weight so if they ever worked on it they know how much exactly to put back, after system was running smoothly, but has poor craftsmanship.

Arrived to a stand-up two-door commercial freezer that displayed an E3 code and an excessive freeze cycle; evaporator fan blades were broken to pieces, the condensing unit was dirty and the motor blade had heavy dirt buildup, and the drain was plugged; parts were ordered and the unit was brought back up and running.
