walk in freezer was at 35F, unit would not turn back on, had a error code, found 2 problems 1 bad evaporator motor after voltage was applied it would come on, electronic board wouldn't comincate properly with secondary evaporator unit, after reset and reprogram it would comunicate, we ordered a new board and unit dominated properly and both evaporators where working together
