Simple problem in Rancho Mirage, Air conditioning unit had a thermostat wire that was making a short at times it would work and others it wouldn't, we found the short, fixed it and while we where at it, the condensation pipe was also leaking, we repaired that pipe to as water was pending on the roof, 1 happy client, call or text us.
