client in La quinta, stated 2 other companies have tried to fix unit, units would run non stop in summer and they would only cool at night time, we did a performance test and found out system was working very well, and found out the problem was in the installation ductwork side, the original contractor did a very poor install, HOT outside air was being pulled into cold air, and cold air was escaping to the outside, we raised unit, install ductwork and sealed it, there always cold now!!

Air conditioning unit is 15 Tons, had 1 leak that was fixed in 1 circuit, Air was bypassing from bent panels that was fixed, unit had condensing unit pressure washed multiple times to get Air flowing, once complete compared messurements to manufacture specs and it was to part.

walk in freezer was at 35F, unit would not turn back on, had a error code, found 2 problems 1 bad evaporator motor after voltage was applied it would come on, electronic board wouldn't comincate properly with secondary evaporator unit, after reset and reprogram it would comunicate, we ordered a new board and unit dominated properly and both evaporators where working together
